1/3 cup dried cranberries

1/3 cup Diced Purple onion

The Dressing

4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup apple juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon salt + fresh cracked black pepper

1/4 cup olive oil
