2 Tbsp. avocado oil
1-2 lb. ground beef
1 green bell pepper
2 celery stalks
2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
3 cups Ralston Family Farms Basmati Rice
1 can black-eyed peas, rinsed
4 1/2 cups chicken broth
Step One: Add oil to pan. Cook hamburger meat, drain. Add bell peppers, celery, and seasoning. Stir and allow vegetables to cook down.
Add peas, basmati rice, and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 15 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
Let sit for ten minutes, add salt and pepper as desired. Then, enjoy!
