Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, cubed
2 tbsp salt
Pork or 2 strips of bacon
1 large onion diced
1 large bell pepper diced
½ cup diced celery
3 large cloves garlic minced
½ cup sliced mushrooms
¼ cup diced green onions
2 cups Ralston Family Farms Golden Rice
½ lb andouille sausage, sliced
2 cups of chicken stock
Salt & pepper, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce to taste
