COOKING DIRECTIONS
1 cup of rice
2 1/4 cups water
Combine 1 cup of rice and 2 1/4 cups water or stock. Bring to a boil. Stir, cover, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook on low for 45 min. Remove from heat and let steam 10 min. Fluff and enjoy.
For best results, we recommend using a rice cooker.
