Now more than ever, it's important to consider how we can positively impact the environment as we celebrate Earth Day this month. Regenerative farming is a wonderful way to promote a healthy and sustainable future. By prioritizing soil health and supporting biodiversity, regenerative farmers work towards creating a better world for all of us. As consumers, we can support this movement by choosing to buy from farmers using these methods. Together, we can create a brighter future for our planet and all its inhabitants.

We deeply care about the health of our land and our community. That's why we practice regenerative farming techniques to ensure a sustainable future for generations to come.

At our farm, we take great care in the way we cultivate our crops. One of the many ways we incorporate regenerative farming is by limiting soil disturbance. We use a no-till method, which not only reduces soil erosion but also allows for a healthier and more diverse ecosystem. Water conservation is also a top priority for us. We use an ‘alternate wet and dry’ method that not only utilizes renewable surface water provided by the Arkansas River but also results in a whopping 60% less water consumption than traditional rice fields. After harvest, we ensure that our fields are re-flooded, providing a refuge and food for wildlife. Lastly, we strive to increase our soil health and minimize run-off by using annual data management and grid sampling to monitor and adjust our nutrient levels. Being mindful of our land and its resources is just one of the many ways we show our deep, caring commitment to our community and the environment.

Take action for regenerative farming! Support local farmers by visiting a nearby market or asking them about delivery. While shopping, look out for companies that are leaders in this field and spread the word - after all, knowledge is power when it comes to creating change.

Join us as an advocate today and help create these positive impacts on our environment!

Happy Earth Day!
