2 cups of your favorite Ralston Family Farms Rice (Cooked)
2 large eggs
2 cups shredded Italian cheese
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
2 slices bacon (cooked)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Oil or nonstick spray to grease the waffle iron
Preheat a waffle iron. Serving sizes may vary depending on waffle iron. In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well combined. When the waffle iron is preheated, grease it well. Press the rice mixture into the wells of the waffle iron as evenly as possible. Close the lid and allow the mixture to cook until golden brown and bubbly, approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully remove the waffles. Enjoy with your favorite bowl of tomato soup.
